Rupture and Repair

Ruptures are inevitable in this work, they can feel really big and scary not only for our young people but for us!
We come together in this workshop to create a reflective space to think about the relational ruptures we can experience when caring for our young people. Why can they happen? And what can make them so hard for the young people in particular, taking into great consideration developmental trauma we think about why reparative relational working is so crucial to your role in supporting young people and how we do this!
