We are dedicated to empowering young care leavers to build fulfilling, independent lives.
For many young people leaving care, the journey can often feel challenging without the traditional safety nets of family and long-term guidance. And, without the right support they can be at a higher risk of homelessness, unemployment, and mental health challenges.
That’s where we step in. We have a unique promise to all those in our care - a lifelong offer of support. This means we will walk alongside all our young people for however long they need us offering emotional support, practical life skills, access to further education, employment and housing.
Our aim is to empower those with care experience to overcome their challenges and to feel like they’re part of something special: a family that means they’re never alone.
