However you shop we have every option for you here.
From stopping by at one of our beautiful charity shops, visiting our eBay shop to shopping online with thousands of other retailers, we’ve got it covered.
At Break we are incredibly proud of our shops located across East Anglia and the West Country. Our shops come in all shapes and sizes, and we take pride in selling high quality items at good value-for-money prices.
Our incredible supporters who regularly visit our shops donate hundreds of thousands of items every year as well as buying thousands of items with the proceeds going directly towards vulnerable children and young people.
More than this, we believe our shops play a valuable role in their communities, creating spaces to meet and exchange stories and combatting loneliness. Our shops also make a tangible contribution to the fight against climate change by selling second hand items and importantly recycling as much as we can of items which are not fit for sale.
When you make a donation of your unwanted goods in one of our shops we’ll set you up with a card to ensure we can process any gift aid effectively and keep you informed when we sell the items you’ve kindly donated too.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page for a full list of our charity shops. We hope you love our shops as much as we do and hope to see you soon.
Downloaded the My Charity Shop app
My Charity Shop is a free app for charity shop customers that integrates with their gift aid donation and sales data.
Have your donor barcode, our charity shop directory, rewards and more always to hand and help see what your donations and purchases are helping Break to achieve.
Let's get social!
Follow Break's charity shops on social media for exciting treasures, peeks behind the scenes and offers. Search @breakcharityshops on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Become a retail volunteer
We’re really proud of our shops for the role they play in our communities and helping us raise vital money to support young people. We have volunteer roles in every shop so if you’re interested in finding out more, pick up a Retail Volunteer Application form from one of our stores or click the 'Break volunteer interest form' button below.
Could you be a Gift Aid donor?
If you live in the UK, pay tax on your income and donate your unwanted items to Break you can become a Gift Aid donor and in doing so we can claim 25p extra for every £1 raised by your donations. It doesn’t cost you anything extra but makes a huge difference to us!
Other ways to shop
Thanks to our fantastic supporters our high-street shops are always jam-packed full of great bargains to choose from.
However, we know not all our supporters can get out to our shops so we also have an eBay shop which you can purchase from too.
This is a great way to pick up a bargain purchase and support Break at the same time.
All you need to do is:
1. Sign up for an eBay account. If you already have one you can use that.
2. Search through our sales listings and see if there is something you’d like to bid on or buy.
If you’ve never used an eBay auction before this simple video from eBay explains how it works.
You can be reassured that whilst you are buying through eBay, all products are sold by Break and every penny goes towards vulnerable children and young people across the region.
Thank you for your support.
Login to eBay >Did you know that whenever you buy anything online, from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising free donations for us with easyfundraising?
There are over 4,000 shops and sites on board ready to make a donation – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis, ASOS, Tesco, JustEat, Waitrose, Booking.com and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise funds.
So far easyfundraising has raised over £30 million pounds for good causes.
All you need to do is:
1. Go to easyfundraising and sign up.
2. Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping.
3. After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to us at no extra cost to you whatsoever!
There are no catches or hidden charges and we will be really grateful for your donations.
Thank you for your support.
