The Elephant
Elephants are wise caring animals with excellent long-term memory and deep emotions.
These thoughtful creatures represent the wisdom our incredibly important volunteer mentors share with our young people.
Meeting their mentor for just a few hours each month helps our young people to feel safe and begin to build trusting relationships as they journey into adulthood.
The Giraffe
Not only are they the tallest animal on earth, but they are also the ones with the biggest hearts.
Our hearts are always with our young people, even when they leave our care. We raise their aspirations and give them all the opportunities they need as they prepare to journey towards independence.
And with a lifelong offer, we will always stand tall with them and be there for them, whenever and wherever they need us.
The Gorilla
Gorillas have a strong sense of family and spend a lot of time nurturing, protecting and playing together.
This is a fitting reflection of our fostering service giving the love, safety and fun all children deserve.

The Lion

Just as they support and protect one another, we give young people who are unable to live with their own families a caring, loving, and stable home. And for the families of children with complex disabilities, we offer all they need so they can feel empowered and supported.

The Rhino
Rhinos are among the world's most powerful land animals. Their strength is vital for their survival in the wild.
This resilience mirrors the inner strength of the young people at Break, many of whom have faced incredibly tough challenges.
