Day Support Services
Our DayBreak service provides specialised day support for adults with learning disabilities from across North Norfolk at seven locations.
We offer a wide range of facilities, opportunities and activities to promote the development of each individual member to help them achieve a sense of fulfilment and self worth.
Our main centre is based in Sheringham, Norfolk and currently offers day service opportunities to a maximum of 25 members each day. We offer an individualised and personal service to those who attend, often including transport where required.We also provide six small local community-based groups that meet weekly.

• Music
• Sailing
• Swimming
• Horse riding
• Sports, indoor and outdoor
• Daily Living Skills
• Healthy Eating and Nutrition
• Relaxation
• Arts and Crafts
• Social Activities - Pub Trips, Cinema, London, Carnivals, etc
We are also aiming to develop opportunities to set up Micro-Enterprises and other forms of income generation. Our intention is to develop links into the world of employment.
