We welcome communication from all our Service Users, Customers and Partners to ensure that we are delivering the services that meet your needs.

If you have a compliment, complaint or suggestion to make - please feel free to do so by writing, emailing or talking to the people listed.

In the first instance - please contact the Manager of the relevant Home, Centre, Shop or Office.

If you are not satisfied with the response, or feel it would be inappropriate at this level, please contact the appropriate Divisional Director -
